Headhunter Odgers, Ray and Berndtson has opened a branch in Cardiff in response to Wales’s booming business community.

The creation of the Welsh Assembly has created jobs and high-profile public sector positions.

Businesses are also establishing themselves in Wales and need to influence the new decision-making system.

Odgers’ Cardiff office will provide executive search, selection and interim placements in the principality.
