A new recruitment drive by Greene King will require ‘dynamic’ individuals, according to Jerry Robinson, head of HR, destination division at the national brewer and pub retailer.

Fifty places are on offer for The Greene King Destination Division graduate recruitment programme which nurtures and develops talent for the firm’s portfolio of premier destination brands including Loch Fyne, Hungry Horse, Hardy’s House and Old English Inns.

The progamme will see successful candidates running their own venues within the estate by the third year of the programme.

Robinson says: “In a challenging jobs market for graduates, we feel we have something dynamic and motivating to offer those who are prepared to take on the challenge of running their own establishment within just three years.”
