‘Positive’ signs of growth for HR GO

Multi-sector recruiter HR GO has seen “positive” signs of growth with increased turnover, according to interim financial statements covering the first half of 2010.

Multi-sector recruiter HR GO has seen “positive” signs of growth with increased turnover, according to interim financial statements covering the first half of 2010.

The group’s results reveal:

  • turnover has increased by 17% to £40.2m (2009: £34.4m)
  • profit before tax of £489k, up from £898k loss in 2009 for the same period.
  • administrative expenses of £500k

Chris Harvey, managing director at HR GO, says: “We are delighted with the profit that has been achieved in the first half of the year and the outlook for HR GO is very promising. We have continued to invest in new technology and are currently in the process of rolling out new web-based systems to all our locations.

“Our development of a coherent national and regional sales team and strategy continues to win a number of large national contracts and we are currently in the process of opening five new offices. While the economic recovery continues to be fragile we have been able to significantly grow our revenue streams and maintain targets.”
