More than 350,00 managers could lose their jobs over the next 12 months, according to a new survey.
More than 350,00 managers could lose their jobs over the next 12 months, according to a new survey.
The survey of management consultants with FTSE 100 companies, by the Management Consultancies Association, found that two-thirds of businesses “expected to make substantial lay-offs in the next 12 months.”
With research among the MCA’s members suggesting that twice as many jobs will be lost (proportionately] in white collar/managerial grades as in the rest of working population, this has sparked fears over wide spread losses in this part of the workforce.
