Roddy Hammond, founder of Hammond Resources, has announced that he is leaving the company today (12 January).

Hammond steps down six months after the accountancy and legal recruiter was purchased by Rise Group.

Gregor Campbell, group managing director at Rise Group, says: “Roddy oversaw the initial transition of Hammond Resources into the group and the business is now stronger than ever.”

Campbell continued: “We’ve hired four additional, experienced consultants in the last six weeks and will continue to bring in the best people, increase our market share, and expand the Rise Hammond Model. We’ve become preferred supplier to large new clients in the last few months and deepened our relationships with existing clients to become master vendor. The market is achieving big rewards through engaging with the Rise Hammond Model, which is of particular interest to shared service centres and other large volume recruiters.”
