Ad Lib launches new service_2
Media and marketing recruitment agency Ad Lib has launched a specialist contracts and freelance service to support the growing market requirement for more flexible working patterns.
The agency has identified a significant increase in demand for specialist contractors to meet their staffing needs, reflecting a national trend across all sectors.
The service is being developed by senior consultant Nick Dean. He says: “Our role is not only to identify and match the right freelancers with our clients, but also to advise businesses and contractors on the complex self-employment regulations. For example, the Chancellor’s recent pre-Budget Report which tightened the rules on tax and National Insurance, potentially affecting both contractors and businesses”.
