The Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) has announced its support of the new Voluntary Code of Conduct by executive search firms to address gender diversity on corporate UK boards and best practices across the executive search process.

AESC president, Peter Felix, says: “This Voluntary Code of Conduct reflects current best practices implemented in our profession. As part of the wider package of measures set out in the Davies Report, we are confident that it will prove effective and play its part in increasing the diversity and effectiveness of UK boards.”
