Loyal, hospitable, lively and responsible Leos make the best recruitment consultants, according to an in-house astrological study by East Midlands recruitment agency Barker Ross.

The company found the highest proportion of its recruitment consultants were born under one of four star signs – Leo, Libra, Aries or Virgo.

Leos are loyal and hospitable, while Librans are intellectual, fair minded, charming and sincere, according to astrologers. Arians, meanwhile, make natural leaders and have boundless energy, while Virgoans are renowned for being helpful, empathetic, committed and hard working.

Louise Thompson, HR co-ordinator at Barker Ross, highlighted that the four most prevalent signs are all associated with personality traits which are particularly beneficial in a recruitment environment.

She added: “Regardless of their date of birth, recruitment consultants must be driven, dedicated and determined in their approach to work. And, most important of all, they need to be excellent communicators who enjoy dealing with people on a daily basis.”
