Global executive search company, AIMS International, has opened an office in Lima, Peru.

New AIMS partner, Armando Cavero Guerrero, will head up the Lima office, which will also cover Bolivia and Ecuador.

Rolf Heeb, executive president of AIMS International, says Guerrero plans to incorporate “headhunting in the cloud” and extensive use of technology and social recruiting in the new South American office.

Guerrero’s background is in IT and technology, where he has been country manager in Compaq Peru – Bolivia, general manager of Oracle Peru and general manager of AT&T in Peru.
