Bombardier to invest £500m in Northern Ireland
Aircraft manufacture Bombardier is to invest more than £500m in Northern Ireland that will see Belfast design and manufacture the wings for the aerospace company's new aircraft and will provide 800 jobs in Belfast.

The government has also agreed in principle to provide £52m to the project, part of a wider £155m government investment package in Bombardier.

Shaun Woodward, secretary of state for Northern Ireland, said: "This proves that devolution is winning for Northern Ireland. This is great news not just for Bombardier in Belfast, but for the wider community.”
