A recruiter has entered into competition with TV presenter Jonathan Ross to determine just who can put on the most extravagant Christmas lights display.
Nick Robeson, chief executive at headhunters Alium Partners, has erected an eight-foot, inflatable bear complete with cubs.
Robeson told Recruiter that this was the second year of competition following criticism from Robeson’s two children that perhaps the recruiter didn’t have quite as many Christmas lights as perhaps he could have in comparison with Ross’s display.
Robeson says: “I am a phenomenally competitive person and have enjoyed doing something very tongue in cheek.
“I am sure that follows through to my business. We have had a great year and are up on last year but it is fun to do something to unwind.”
