Chief executive and chairman of Antal International Tony Goodwin has purchased a minority stake in Moscow-based online fashion retailer Collection Privee (www.collection-privee.ru).

The company conducts Russian internet private sales, selling excess inventory of Russian and international designers at a discount to a private community of customers.
