Available to view on the company’s website, www.antalrussia.com, it points out the serious message that even in a downturn you should not try to keep your current job if it does not satisfy you, as you risk missing out on career opportunities.


Tremayne Elson, managing director at Antal Russia, says: “About 30% of our candidates reject good offers just because they are afraid of the perceived risk.”
