The new senior management team for the Adecco Group UK & Ireland, which includes the integration of the Spring Group, has been revealed.

As announced previously, Peter Searle will take on the chief executive UK & Ireland role for the multi-national recruitment company. According to Adecco UK & Ireland’s website, the rest of the senior management line-up includes:

• Neil Martin, chief financial officer. Martin joined Spring as the finance director of the technical staffing company and was promoted to the position of European finance director with responsibility for managing the finance and middle office divisions in 2007. He previously held positions with Barkers Group, Exxon Mobil International and Esso Petroleum.
• Steven Clancy, integration director. Clancy previously held the role of finance director of Adecco Group UK & Ireland from August 2007.
• Nick Dettmar, managing director, professional staffing and engineering. Dettmar previously held the role of MD for IT recruitment specialists Computer People and more recently took over responsibility for all Adecco Group UK & Ireland professional staffing, working with Roevin and Ajilon.
• Aidan Anglin, managing director, technology staffing. Anglin previously held the role of managing director of managing director for professional staffing for Spring Group, which encompassed Spring Professional, Spring Technology and Glotel in the UK and Europe. Before joining Spring Group, Anglin spent five years as MD of the IT recruitment division of NetworkersMSB.
• Steven Kirkpatrick, managing director, general staffing. Kirkpatrick previously led Spring Group’s general staffing division, after moving from Adecco, which he first joined in 1998.
• David Clubb, managing director, Office Angels. Clubb was appointed MD for Office Angels in December 2006.
• Neil Jones, managing director, RPO and corporate. Jones held the role of MD for Recruitment Process Outsourcing at Spring since June 2007. He previously held board level positions at both Adecco, where he was head of managed services, and Elan.
• Amanda Swift, head of Ireland.  Based in Dublin, Swift heads up all Group businesses and brands for Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.Previously, she was country manager and senior director for Ireland for Kelly Services.
• Chris Moore, group sales and marketing director. Before joining Adecco, Moore was divisional head at niche software house Active Web Solutions. Before then, Moore held a series of senior roles at Kelly Services, most recently, vice president and regional general manager for the UK and Ireland for Kelly.
