The Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR) has appointed Claire Adams as its new business operations manager.

Adams joins the AGR from Nestlé UK, where she was a resourcing lead. She previously worked as the graduate programme manager for Schroders Investment Management.

In her new role, Adams will work to strengthen relationships with existing members and to attract new members. She will report directly to chief executive Carl Gilleard.
