RPO provider Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS) has appointed Lisa Thompson as account director.

Thompson’s new role at AMS will see her act as main client contact for Barclays with specific responsibility for the support of the bank’s long-term resourcing strategy, from workforce management through to exploring innovative new ways that the company can access, engage with, employ and retain key talent.

Thompson previously held consulting roles at PwC and Capita.
