Appointments: Caldwell Partners hires two partners
North American retained executive search firm The Caldwell Partners International has appointed two new partners in the firm’s New York City and Vancouver offices.
North American retained executive search firm The Caldwell Partners International has appointed two new partners in the firm’s New York City and Vancouver offices.
Angelica Mirza joins the Vancouver office as a partner, and Jerry McGrath joins the New York City office as partner and member of the HR and financial services practices.
Before joining The Caldwell Partners, McGrath had been a senior client partner at executive search firm Korn/Ferry International. He previously held positions with UBS in the US and Europe, serving as global head of recruiting and development for the investment bank, based in London, England, and also as the head of HR for investment banking in the Americas.
Mirza has nearly 10 years’ experience recruiting chief executives, vice presidents, executive directors, managers and board directors across Europe for global and multinational organisations. Before joining The Caldwell Partners, she was a partner in the Milan office of global executive search network Amrop.
The Caldwell Partners began FY09 with 13 partners in Canada and no operations or partners in the US. The company now has 32 partners, 19 of whom are located in seven cities in the US.
