Health and social care recruitment firm Healthcare Locums (HCL) has appointed Miles Davis as managing director of BBL Medical, one of HCL’s doctors staffing businesses.

Davis, who has 19 years’ experience in specialist recruitment, will lead BBL Medical’s expansion strategy as it grows from a specialist in psychiatry recruitment into a full service medical recruiter, covering doctors of all grades and specialties.

Davis joins HCL from Servoca, where he was group operations director.
