Dr Elisabeth Marx, a former partner at Heidrick and Struggles, has joined the executive search and advisory firm Stonehaven.

Marx joins the board practice to work with founder Simon Hall and Stonehaven’s chairman, Bob Wigley, the former chairman of Merrill Lynch EMEA.  

She will work in board advisory focused on succession planning, top team development and non-executive director searches, with a particular focus on gender and international diversity within boards and senior executive teams.
