Interim Performers, part of the VMA Group, has appointed Paula Fassam as consultant in its Manchester office.

Fassam will specialise in interim HR and change management professionals at mid-management to board level across the North of England.

Before joining VMA, Fassam was at Hudson where she focused on the placement of interim HR professionals in the retail, distribution, public and not-for-profit sectors. She also worked as an agency manager at Showsec International.

Elsewhere, Julie Mazzei has also been promoted to senior consultant in VMA’s Manchester office, where she handles permanent and interim PR and corporate communications placements across industry sectors.
