G4S Secure Solutions  has appointed Adrian Taylor as managing director of its employment screening and vetting division.  

Taylor will be responsible for overseeing the next phase of the business which enables organisations to significantly reduce the reputational risk and impact on duty of care that employing an unsuitable candidate, or failing to check existing employees and contractors, can create.

He was previously senior vice president at BackCheck, a provider of pre-employment screening services and has also held roles as director of corporate healthcare at Specsavers Optical Group and sales director for the UK & Ireland at Accor Services.
