Executive search firm Glasford International has appointed Miguel Swaen as director, finance & legal.

Swaen, who established Glasford International Netherlands more than 14 years ago, started his career at IBM and held sales management and executive appointments with technology leaders such as Tandem and Hewlett Packard (formerly Synstar Computer Services).
