HB RIDA, the joint venture between the Recruitment Industry Development Agency (RIDA) and private equity firm Hamilton Bradshaw, has appointed Sam Morris as investment director.

The move reunites the former director of business support for the consultancy arm of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) Academy for business with former acting REC chief executive Helen Reynolds.

Reynolds says: “I am delighted to be working with Sam again – her experience will be invaluable as we look to add more organisations to our growing portfolio of investments.”
