RMG, an executive search and specialist recruitment consultancy, has appointed Matthew Baxter as senior consultant to bolster its healthcare team.

Baxter is tasked with senior and middle management recruitment. His appointment follows his four-year stint with Guided Solutions, the medical sales and marketing specialists, where he worked with focus management consultants on senior level retained mandates.
