Talascend, a global engineering and construction resourcing consultancy, has appointed Aytan Hilton as recruiting manager for its London team.

With over four years in the recruitment industry, Hilton started as a consultant and quickly worked his way up to key accounts manager, firstly in the construction industry, then moving into the rail sector three years ago.

At Talascend, Hilton will lead the growing team making placements across a number of professional white collar engineering disciplines.
