Global executive search firm Transearch International has made a number of key international appointments.

Jan Kovar has joined Transearch’s Prague office as managing partner. He has worked for several multi-nationals such as Kraft Foods, Èokoládovny/COPART (Danone, Nestlé), Levi Strauss and SCA in several executive positions in logistics, marketing, sales and operational areas. Before joining Transearch in Prague, he was with AMROP HEVER.

Keiichi Iso has been appointed senior consultant in the Tokyo Office of Transearch, specialising in industry and energy sectors. Iso has experience with one of the largest steel manufacturers in Japan.

Luis Andres has joined the Mexico City office of Transearch with more than 20 years’ experience in the IT industry where he has held various sales positions at director level. Before joining Transearch, Andres was involved with a Chilean consulting and training business which he established in Mexico focusing on developing a service culture in various companies.

Finally, Christer Karlsson has been appointed consultant in Transearch’s Stockholm office. Before joining Transearch, Christer was a senior consultant with the Swedish executive search firm, Hammer & Hanborg.
