Global mobility specialists IPM has appointed David Kitchen as chairman.

Kitchen, who will help drive business growth, is experienced in building and growing businesses and is non-executive director for a number of companies across the UK.

Also joining the IPM team is Rob Buckley as business development manager.
 
He was UK sales manager for a global assurance services business with responsibilities for growing revenues across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
