Executive search firm CTPartners has appointed John J Keller as vice chairman, CEO and board services.

Keller joins from Korn/Ferry International, where as senior client partner he focused on CEO, senior-level executive and board recruiting, as well as succession planning.

He will based in the firm’s New York office.
