Workforce management company Kelly Services has made two key appointments to the UK senior management team.

Katie Ivie has been appointed HR director and Nickie Battersby is returning to the company as head of Kelly Educational Staffing (KES).

Ivie joins the company with more than 10 years’ HR experience and was head of HR Integration at Adecco before joining Kelly Services. She will be responsible for maintaining the culture of strong performance management as well as implementing a clear strategy to ensure that Kelly Services retains its talent and recruits the best people in the industry.

Battersby, who previously worked for Kelly Services, spent the last three years at Capita Education Resourcing where she was responsible for managing five locations across the UK. She will focus on building the Educational Staffing brand and expanding the division in the UK.
