Former head of learning and development at Badenoch & Clark Julian Evans  has joined recruitment training provider Lander Associates as an executive consultant.

Evans was responsible for establishing Badenoch & Clark’s training function from scratch.

Her appointment follows the firm’s recruitment of Korn Ferry’s Chris Matchan, Graham Palfery-Smith and former Michael Page managing director Alan Dickinson.
