Global provider of integrated research, legal and business solutions to professionals Integreon has appointed Bill McClements as chief HR officer to lead the development of Integreon’s global workforce of 2,000 employees across 13 offices on four continents.

McClements was previously at global strategy consulting firm Monitor Group, where he held positions as global head of HR and chief operating officer.

McClements served on the board of directors at Monitor and was the first non-founder to serve on the global executive committee. He also served as CEO for various business units and participated in and led several innovative organisational initiatives at Monitor and played a critical leadership role in the overall economic management and co-ordination of the firm during periods of rapid growth and global expansion.
