Specialist multi-sector recruiter McGregor Boyall has appointed Lucy Frost as talent manager.

Frost has 12 years experience in recruitment, training and development at Ernst & Young and specialist information and knowledge management recruitment firm TFPL.

At TFPL, Frost progressed from consultant to manager leading the permanent division for six years, before  moving to Ernst & Young where she focused on identifying, attracting and retaining talent across the firm with a particular emphasis on the financial services division.  

Frost was then headhunted back to TFPL to expand and develop their training and events division where she developed TFPL Connect, a network for information knowledge professionals which grew from 180 members to 650 within a year.
