Talent acquisition solutions provider MrTed has appointed Darren Jaffrey to the newly created position of chief operating officer.

Jaffrey was previously senior vice president of international operations for talent management software company Taleo and was also senior vice president of international operations at strategic workforce management solutions provider Vurv Technology.
