IT services firm Parity Group has appointed Alastair Woolley as an executive director.

Woolley joins the board as finance director and replaces Ian Ketchin, who formally resigned as finance director on 31 March.

Woolley trained with Deloitte and spent 11 years in various departments, including audit and business services. Since leaving the professional services firm, he has worked during the last 16 years in a variety of companies, mainly technology based, as finance director and also as a managing director.
