International executive search firm Pedersen & Partners has established a UK office in London.

With 44 wholly owned offices in 41 countries, Ulrik Rasmussen, partner in charge of Western Europe, will be leading the operations of the new London office.

Rasmussen says: “Establishing a presence in London is a logical step in our growth strategy as many of the clients that operate in the markets where we have presence – Europe, Middle East, Africa and India – are headquartered in the UK.”

Rasmussen will be joined by Chris Neale, principal, and Jason Lockyer, consultant, to make up the London team.

With over 15 years’ executive search experience, Neale’s cross-sector experience includes industrial, consumer products, retail and media, as well as experience on projects across Western Europe, the US, Hungary, Austria, Russia and Kazakhstan.

Before joining Pedersen & Partners, Lockyer was a consultant at Alpha Financial Markets, specialising in the investment banking and asset management industry in Europe, CEE and MEA regions.
