HR recruiter Astralis Group has promoted Matt Wallis and Kris McMahon to associate directors.

Wallis and McMahon will take increased responsibility for guiding the future direction and growth of permanent and interim recruitment within the UK and internationally. They will also each retain their focus on delivering senior level search and selection assignments within the HR practice.

Meanwhile Sajid Mahmood joins as consultant to focus on mid-level interim HR appointments across the UK.
