Eames Consulting Group, the specialist recruitment solutions provider to the banking, insurance and professional services sectors, has made two promotions.

Samantha White has been promoted to director risk management, actuarial, audit & compliance from her position as head of risk management, audit and compliance.

Rob Bulpitt has been promoted to head of actuarial, insurance & pensions risk management.

In other news, Eames has announced a 65% rise in trading in the first half of the year compared to last year. The company results revealed net fee income (NFI) of £5m in H2 2011 compared to £3m NFI in H1 2010.

Matthew Jaquiss, group managing director, says: “Following on from the huge success of 2010, when we completed the full year at £6m NFI compared to £3m in 2009, the continued investment we made in hiring at the end of 2010 and the beginning of 2011 is paying off, with a significant increase in fee income.

“We are confident that our target of achieving 60% growth for the full year will be realised.”
