Global executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates has promoted consultants Erik Wordelman, Constantine Alexandrakis and Lyndon Taylor to managing directors within the company in the US.

Wordelman, based in Minneapolis, is also the practice leader of the medical technology practice in North America, specialising in senior executive and board of director searches.

Both Alexandrakis and Taylor are based in Chicago. Alexandrakis is a member of the technology and board services practices and Taylor is a member of the financial services sector and diversity practice.
