Retail and sales recruiter R3 Resourcing has promoted Paul Harron to managing consultant of R3 Resourcing in Manchester.  

Harron has worked for R3 Resourcing for the past four years, having originally made the transition into recruitment from Tesco, where he was part of the senior management team.
 
Elsewhere, Hannah Allan is returning to the business following nine months’ maternity leave.  She will support the Manchester team.
