Recruitment, retention and career management consultancy Renovo has appointed Amanda Nichols as outbound sales manager.

Nichols is charged with developing and growing Renovo’s outbound sales function as well as promoting products and services and winning new clients. The firm adds that it will be recruiting four further team members over the next quarter.

David Twiddle, chief executive at Renovo Employment Group, says: “We have set ambitious targets to increase turnover from £2m to £15m and the team from 28 to 150 over the next five years and Amanda’s role is fundamental to that.  Her broad experience across both public and private sectors will allow her to develop bespoke campaigns and put the right teams in place to implement targeted campaigns.”
