International executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates in the US has expanded its San Francisco Bay presence with three appointments.

Courtney della Cava and Pravesh Mehra join as managing directors, and Tiffani Siegel is appointed associate.

With 20 years’ recruiting experience, della Cava joins the San Francisco office from managing consulting firm Bain & Company, where she was director.

Mehra and Siegel both join the Menlo Park office. Mehra joins Russell Reynolds with 18 years’ experience most recently from executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles.

Siegel comes to the company from law firm Katten Muchin Rosenman, bringing legal expertise gained through a variety of industry sectors.
