The recruitment finance division of Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance has appointed Stuart Talbot (left) to head up its divisional development.

Talbot has been promoted from his previous role as senior client relationship manager in the recruitment finance division. For the past three years, he has been instrumental in building up the division as head of the team’s client managers.

Talbot will report into the division’s director, Mario Mazzocchi.
