International recruitment and executive search firm VMA GroupEurope has appointed Els Brands as a senior consultant in Brussels.

Brands, who has held product marketing roles with food company Dr. Oetker in the Netherlands and Belgium, will be responsible for recruiting marketing and communications professionals across all industry sectors. She has spent the last three years in executive recruitment.
