Hospitality, retail and sales staffing specialist Xpress Recruitment has appointed Willie Wood as director of its new executive search and selection division.

Wood was previously working across the UK, Europe and Africa on various senior management recruitment projects. He has also managed Marriott Airport Hotel in Manchester before taking over the Glasgow Marriott Hotel where he grew annual turnover to more than £10m.

The executive search and selection division aims to attract candidates looking for jobs earning £50k or more.
