Technology, finance and healthcare recruiter Arrows Group has joined Royal Bank of Scotland’s Enterprise Finance Guarantee (EFG) scheme.

The scheme provided working capital to Arrows Group to help it expand it specialist healthcare practice, which has experienced 100% growth over the past two years.

Arrows Group Healthcare practice is to recruit an additional six employees, allowing the business to maximise its provision to existing clients and continue to engage further healthcare providers.
