Insurance giant Aviva is working with headhunters to find a new chairman, according to an article in The Times today.

Insurance giant Aviva is working with headhunters to find a new chairman, according to an article in The Times today.

The firm is reported to have hired MWM Consulting and JCA Group to draw up a list of potential replacements for its current head Lord Sharman. Neither company was available to comment at the time of writing.

It is believed that the insurer is prepared to wait up to 12 months to find the right candidate.
