Media company Axel Springer has agreed to implement a full e-recruitment application from its new subsidiary StepStone.

During the year, StepStone’s Talent Management will be introduced across the whole group.

Dr Alexander Schmid-Lossberg, head of corporate HR at Axel Springer, says: “We want to recruit the most skilled candidates available.

“The selection of the StepStone Talent Management solution is an important first step in implementing sustainable talent management, supported by technology in Axel Springer.”
