Bayt.com, a Middle Eastern jobsite used by international recruiters, has launched a live chat feature to connect employers and jobseekers in real-time.

Bayt.com has a track record of using technology to help cross geographic boundaries and believes LiveHire will speed up recruitment across the region and lead to a better match. “Real-time and low cost screening solutions are no longer a luxury for today’s recruiters, they are now necessary tools that enable employers to fill available positions quickly with the best possible candidate,” said Omar Tahboub, vice president of product at Bayt.com.

Last month Bayt.com also launched a revamped version of its My Workspace platform that allows recruiters to make use of search analytics and social networking in their job search.
