Recruiters show up strongly in 50 Best Workplaces

UK Recruiters have shown up strongly in the 50 Best Workplaces in the UK list 2008, compiled by global research and management consultancy The Great Place to Work Institute for the Financial Times.

IT Recruiter Huxley Associates, mid to senior level professional recruiter Hydrogen Group, and specialist technical recruiter Progressive were all ranked in the top 50, though none made  the top 10.

Recruiters also scored highly in Europe-wide lists. In the 50 Best Large Companies in Europe, Randstad Group, Belgium ranked 17th, DIS, Germany 19th, and Vitae, the Netherlands 28th.

Among the 50 Best Small and Medium Sized Workplaces in Europe, Vedior Personnel Services, Germany ranked 11th, and Sigmar Recruitment, Ireland 21st. Others to make the top 50 were; Brightwater Group, Ireland 30th; Robert Half International, Belgium 37th; and Unique, Spain 48th.
