Recruitment software provider Bullhorn has launched a new search tool in the winter 2012 version of its applicant tracking software (ATS).

The candidate search function suggests the terms most likely to produce the best results by analysing terms used in previous searches and in CVs.

Peter Linas, EMEA managing director of Bullhorn, says: “Almost every job starts by searching for candidates, so recruiters who execute faster and send out their very best candidates gain a huge advantage over less agile competitors.
